Grégoire Chamorel.

AI Deployment Strategist · Paris, France

I understand, I build, I train.

An AI project rarely fails for technical reasons. It fails because nobody uses it. That is where my work starts.

What I do

Deploying AI, in three steps.

At Wesype, my projects always follow the same arc. Three steps in that order, because a tool that is installed and a tool that is used are two different things.

01

Diagnose

Mapping use cases with the business teams, starting with the ones that actually pay off. Nothing gets deployed before we know why.

02

Deploy

AI agents built on Dust, connected to the company data and tools. Cut for one precise business need, not for a demo.

03

Hand over

Training, workshops and support until the teams no longer need me. A transformation holds when it stops depending on one person.

Principles

What guides the way I work.

Use before tooling

I would rather tell a client that a use case does not hold up than build it anyway. An agent nobody uses costs more than it returns.

Strategy and engineering

I go from the board meeting to the code review without needing a translator. That is what carries a project through to the end.

People first

Without change management and upskilling, the best designed tool goes unused. It is the part of the work that gets underestimated most.

Who I am

Three worlds, one profile.

Business first, then code and enterprise AI. I connect what leadership wants to what technical teams can ship, and I am at ease on both sides.

Business

Five years of hotel management at Vatel, then in a Paris palace hotel: the discipline of service, operational finance, a feel for the client.

Code

42 Paris, core curriculum completed: C, C++, JavaScript, networking, Docker. I speak the language of technical teams.

Enterprise AI

First employee at Wesype: I watched a company grow from two to thirty people by structuring how its clients adopt AI.

Career

From luxury hospitality to AI agents.

An unusual path, and that is its strength: the discipline of service, then finance, then code and AI.

Projects

What I build outside of work.

Complete products, from the database schema to deployment. It is what keeps my hands in the code, and each one lives on its own subdomain.

What now

A conversation beats a CV.

For a role, a project, or simply to talk about AI inside companies, LinkedIn is the shortest way.
